1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship exclusively within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

2. How much is shipping?
We offer 100% Free Shipping on all orders across the UAE.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?
Total estimated delivery time is 4-7 business days from the date of purchase.

4. Can I track my order?
Yes! You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

5. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in new, unused condition with original packaging. See our full Returns & Refund Policy for details.

6. How do I start a return?
Email us at support@albassamcentre.shop with your order number. We will provide an RMA number and instructions.

7. How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 6 business days of us receiving your return. Please allow up to 10 business days for the amount to appear in your account.

8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards processed securely through Stripe.

9. Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are encrypted and processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your full card details.

10. I received a damaged item. What should I do?
Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at support@albassamcentre.shop with your order number and photos/video of the damage. We will resolve it promptly.
