1. How do I place an order?

Browse our products, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery details, choose your preferred payment method (Cash on Delivery or Credit/Debit Card), and complete your purchase.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods within the United Arab Emirates (UAE):

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, and other major cards) processed securely through Stripe

3. Where do you ship?

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only.

4. What are your delivery timeframes?

Our estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days across the UAE. Orders are typically processed within 0–1 business day (Monday–Saturday), with transit taking 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday).

5. Is delivery free?

Yes. We offer Free Standard Delivery on all orders within the UAE.

6. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

7. What is your return and refund policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for complete information regarding returns, replacements, and refunds.

8. Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible, and the order will be subject to our standard return process.

9. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will review your request and assist you in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

10. Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

For wholesale or bulk order inquiries, please contact us at support@albassamcentre.shop with the product details and quantities required.

11. Are prices VAT-inclusive?

Yes. All product prices displayed on our website include the applicable 5% UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) where required.

12. Is my online payment secure?

Yes. All online card payments are processed securely through Stripe, using industry-standard encryption to protect your payment information. Al Bassam Centre does not store your complete card details on our servers.
