Currency

All prices on our website are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).

Pricing & Taxes

All product prices displayed on albassamcentre.shop include the applicable 5% UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) where required.

Payment Timing

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment is collected when your order is delivered.
• Credit/Debit Card: Payment is securely authorized and processed during checkout through Stripe before your order is dispatched.

All online card transactions are encrypted and processed securely by Stripe, a trusted payment service provider. Al Bassam Centre does not store your full credit or debit card details on our servers.

Order Verification

To help prevent fraudulent transactions, we may contact you to verify your order details before dispatch. If we are unable to verify the information provided, your order may be delayed or cancelled.

Failed or Declined Payments

If your card payment is declined or cannot be processed, please verify your payment details or contact your card issuer. You may also choose an alternative payment method, including Cash on Delivery where available.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

• For Cash on Delivery orders, eligible refunds will be issued using an appropriate refund method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
• For Card Payments, approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used during checkout. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
